- Cancellations received up to February 15th 2022: deposits will be refunded;
- Cancellations received after April 15th 2022: only 50% will be refunded;
- Cancellations received after May 15th 2022: only 25% will be refunded;
- No refund will be made for cancellations after June 15th 2022 or registered participants who fail to attend.
